Over the past month we have seen a gradual return of noncontact recreational sports in some areas of our country. At some point, there will be a return of youth sports. In previous episodes I’ve discussed the importance of understanding deconditioning and posture with sports performance. Today will begin a two-part series on functionality, today we will discuss the importance of hip functionality, and next week we will discuss the foot and ankle.
