Middle School Sports Performance Enhancement Program

Nearly 3.2 million girls play high school sports and are more prone to suffering injuries than their male counterparts. Especially when female athletes are at higher risk of lower limb injuries than male athletes, research supports that they are two to eight times more likely to suffer knee injuries. This is why it is necessary to have an excellent age-appropriate program implemented that can decrease the chance of injury and improve their ability to perform by addressing key areas that are affected by the demands of sports, such as strength, power, speed, and intensity.

The program is designed for the Middle School athletes looking to enhance their athleticism by utilizing exercises and movement patterns that will increase mobility, stability, strength, and power while decreasing their chance of injury so that they can excel in their sport.

How do I receive my training program?
You'll receive your access details immediately after purchase using the email you enter during checkout.
What does the program entail?
The program progresses over six weeks. You will receive an exercise log and videos detailing how to perform the exercises, proper mechanics in completing the exercises, and common techniques/compensations to avoid injury. The program will focus on upper and lower body exercises to help increase mobility, flexibility, stabilization of joints, and overall strength.
How do I start my program after I purchase it?
As with any exercise program, be sure you consult with your medical physician before starting. You can choose to start on any day of the week or when you receive it. Start on Day 1 and complete the exercises for that day and follow your comprehensive program.
How much weight should I be able to lift?
At this level, we are teaching proper movement and body mechanics. Learning proper technique and patterns are more important than focusing on load.
If I experience pain, should I continue the training?
No. Pain is your guide to stop. You should not experience pain with these exercises. Follow up with your medical physician regarding any pain.
I have never done training before, is this program still for me?
Yes, the Level 1 training program is designed for you in mind. The program's goal is to first to have you understand and feel the pattern of movements used with exercises. Each week will progress with time off for recovery. Not everyone progresses at the same speed. Don’t worry; if you feel that moving on to the next week is too soon, repeat the prior week until you feel that you have mastered the techniques and exercises.
If I’ve done training before, will I benefit from this program?
Absolutely, we find that even athletes who have weight trained in the past can benefit from understanding the fundamental movements involved in the training process. Refreshing your understanding of the basics and being proficient in movement before load is critical at this stage in development.
