Most athletes don’t struggle because they lack talent.
They struggle because they weren’t properly prepared.
5-Session Spring Preseason Tune-Up
Includes a Spring Readiness Check ($75 value)
$220 Total
A SHORT, FOCUSED PRESEASON PROGRAM
This 5-session preseason program is designed to help athletes show up ready — not playing catch-up.
Athletes will:
• Build confidence heading into tryouts
• Improve speed & power
• Show up conditioned from day one
• Reduce injury risk before the season starts
The Spring Readiness Check
Before your athlete trains a single session, we assess exactly where they stand.
New athletes start with a full Spring Readiness Check — speed, strength, and movement assessment that measures:
✔ 5-yard dash — measuring your athlete's first-step explosiveness and acceleration
✔ Vertical jump & explosive power
✔ Lateral quickness & change of direction
✔ Movement quality & injury risk indicators
Why this matters:
Most programs jump straight into training. We start by finding out exactly what your athlete needs first.
WHAT YOUR ATHLETE GETS
✔ Speed & Power Assessment
✔ Targeted Strength & Conditioning Sessions
✔ Small Group Training Environment — personal attention, not a crowd
✔ Training specific to your athlete’s sport and position
✔ Session-to-session progress tracking
✔ Transition plan into a full program after the 4 sessions
Athletes leave with measurable progress — not guesswork.

Coach Edwards personally conducts key assessments and is actively involved in the program. You will always have a certified, experienced coach leading your athlete's session.
Q: What if my athlete has never trained before?
A: That’s perfectly fine. This program is designed for new athletes and focuses on age-appropriate strength, speed, and conditioning development.
No prior training experience is required.
Q: Is this specific to my athlete’s sport?
A: Yes. While we build general speed and strength, sessions are structured to prepare athletes for the demands of spring sports such as baseball, softball, track, lacrosse, and more.
Q: Is this affiliated with my athlete’s school or team?
A: No. This is independent performance training and is not affiliated with team selection, coaching decisions, or school programs.
Q: What happens after the 4 sessions?
A: This is a short preseason preparation program. After completion, families can choose to continue training, but there is no obligation.
Q: What if we miss a session?
A: If a session is missed, contact us and we’ll review scheduling options based on availability.
Q: How many athletes are in each group?
A: We keep groups small , 4-6 athletes, to ensure quality coaching, individual attention, and proper training standards.
Q:Is this safe for younger athletes?
A: Yes. All training is structured, age-appropriate, and designed to build long-term athletic development safely.
